O.K. heres the plan...

Everyone is going to meet at the stop light in Cle Elum, WA (theres only one) between 0730 and 0800 in the morning. Theres street parking there, and coffee so you can fill up your cup with some mud before we leave.
We are going to head up SR 907 through the historic towns of Roslyn (where "Northern Exposure" was filmed), and Ronald (dont blink, you'll miss it!) We got a few miles of Forest Service road before we get to the trail head for Fortune Creek. Fortune Creek is a 6.5 mile trail with some steep parts and some small water crossings, nothing too difficult at all, but it is rough and rocky. There are some harder trails that branch off at the lake on top so those of us who want more of a challenge can have at it.
If we get back soon enough we can also go over to the other side of the valley for some "More Difficult" trails. Theres one in there called "Tipover" for those who dare!

As far as lodging the night before, the only place I have ever stayed in is the Timberlodge Inn which is right in the town of Cle Elum, two blocks away from where we will be meeting in the morning.
For those who will be showing up on Friday the 10th... I thought we could all get together for pizza that night up in Roslyn at the world famous Village Pizza. If I can get a head count for dinner, I can make sure the girls there have enough tables set aside for us.
So think about it, and e-mail me if you are going to be here the night before, and how many are coming with you.
