I used to know a guy (don't know him anymore in case someone wants to know who it is :-)
that purchased a HO 2003 in Idaho, registered it to his brother in Oregon and himself here in California. After he got 7500 miles on it he went down and registered here in California as a used vehicle without any problem.
By the way, he and I took it to Idaho to pick up a FFPW and bring it back. It towed it like it wasn't even there. It is one sweet truck. I wonder whatever happened to that guy? :-)
