Wanted, a decent NDT in WI...

Well I just changed the flat tire on my 56 PW to a used NDT on a combat rim, it lasted until I got the truck off the trailer, and moved forward a few feet. Then BOOOOM the NDT blew out the sidewall (I had about 35 psi in it).

I am now in need of a tire to put on the PW (and maybe some repair to my ears!).

Anyone have a source for a 9.00x16 NDT that I can put on a rim and use to move the truck around? I am not in need of a tire with tread, or something great, but a decent tire that will not blow would be good.

Within a couple hours of Madison would be best as I could use the tire tomorrow.
