This was 30,000.00 complete with Concrete, power, water and phone. 48 X 60 in size. It took seven day to put up the building after the ground work was done. I did the grading and interior work to save a few bucks on it. it has 2 role up doors, 3-man doors, 2 big sliding door and 1-window. Mark H.
