'70 Dodge W500 help wanted!

I have just purchased a '70 Dodge model W500 truck with the 318-3 engine and 4 speed transmission, and I'm having trouble finding the correct oil filter cartridge. Does anybody know the fram, wix, purolator, etc. filter cartridge number for my truck? I haven't removed the old filter yet; however, the old filter would probably give me a clue. The filter is the cartridge type, not the screw on throw away type. Thanks for your assistance
