I don't know, maybe it's just me being a Canadian lacking true capitalism fundamentals. When I bought my WDX, my intent was to restore it and then sell it. But then I had a change of heart. The WDX was two nice to part with even in it's original condition, so I bought another one from John Eickhof to be my driver.
I remember on an old forum about this fire truck and how it was sold to some guy. And now it turns out he was in it for the money, not for the truck. Seems wrong to me . . .but then again, I am from Canada(and I mean that in the best possible way).
