My experience with sealers and paints on concrete floors is.... don't. I have never seen one stay on, and they always look far worse when they are coming off, which they always do. Then you would be hard pressed to get it ALL off so you could have a bare floor again. Plus, if it is a building you are occupying already, you have all of that stuff to move.

I have tried it, friends have tried it, I have seen industrial maintenance people or contractors do it, all of it comes off, it is just a matter of when. I would urge you to learn to like your floor in its natural state.

The last two buildings I put up, both about 40 feet square, have floors with the smoothest machine trowel finish they could produce. Be neat in your work and it is fine. Clean what you spill.
