Sounds good. If it's '41 WC, it will have the sloping hood, is an ex-military truck. If it a closed cab, try to see if the cab loooks like it came with the truck or looks to be from a different truck. Many of these trucks came with open cabs that were later replaced with civilian closed cabs. Not a big deal, but collectors prefer to have the correct cabs.
Try to find owner and talk with him and get a feel for his interest in the truck. Offer $350 if he isn't too interested, maybe $500, I'd guess top price would be $1000-$1500 considering it's not running and is missing some parts.
I could be inaccurate, but others will hopefully chime in.
