Front Turn Signals on WDX-WM300 Power Wagons

I originally thought that front turn signal placements might be an indicator of the year but haven't been able to find any pattern.
I made a web page of various placements used over the years with pics I've found on the web. It could be that some of these trucks have had the lights added or moved over the years? Am I completely out in left field or was there truly no set placement from one year to the next?
If you don't want your truck on this page or if you have any corrections please let me know. I would also like to add any additional placements not covered.
