I forgot to ask, what constitutes an "actual" work day? I have plenty of work days, I just don't know if they're actual or not. Must be when you "actually" get something done as opposed to wasting a day doing something like looking for a part you stored away? What's your actual ratio? I bet mine is like 2:1. That's 2 regular to 1 actual.
