At one time Norton had an on-line scanner. On-line scanners are ok but I dont think they are as good as a scanner on the computer.

That virus may have come from somewhere else Judd. You may not have it but someone you email with does have it. SoBig has its own SMTP engine built in so it can send emails out. If you notice activity on your modem/broadband box and you are not doing anything then you may have the virus or another one.
