I used to look for an "American" made Briggs and Stratton engine when mower shopping. My last one was an "Easy Start" model from John Deere. The mower is almost impossible to start without 20 minutes of gorilla strength pulling.

I finally learned and will now only accept a genuine Honda for powering a lawnmower. I want to spend my time in a hammock and not out trouble shooting a p.o.s. Briggs and Stratton.
