Didn't Chrysler Poly 318's have 3 bolts in the valve covers, while Dodge and Plymouth have 2? Either way Poly 318's have Scalloped valve covers like the one you have so I would say that it is a Chrysler Poly 318. I wouldn't trade my Poly 318 for a Wedge 318 ever. A dealer installed poly 318 into a 49 -' PW Hmmm.... I wonder why we haven't seen some odd ball combos like a 58 PW that someone ordered to have the dual 4bbl 318 offered on Plymouth Fury's or a 53 PW ordered with a 241' Hemi v-8. I figured there would be some odd folks who would have ordered their PW in some sort of weird engine combination. We've seen all sort of body combos, why not engine??
