I've asked about this motor once or twice. The replies that i've gotten are that if fuel milage is a concern then find something else. No seriously the first two things I would do is open up the intake with a cone filter $20 from autozone and then I'd put true dual exhaust on it. Don't those trucks have dual all the way to the muffler (its been a while since i looked under one.) (oh yea we are talking about a truck and not a viper right and a Dodge not a Ford right) They make flowmasters that run really quiet of if a little more noise doesn't bother you then you could get a turbo muffler cheaper. I've always found that opening the exhaust and intake gives about 4-5% better milage. Its economical.
