How Good Are My Finds?????

Driving around today i found 2 B1 power wagons. the first looked to be an ex-forestry truck no winch to PTO but appeared to have everything includong a Moper 65 heater. The second find i noticed was alot better. It had a BELT PULLEY on the rear w/ a winch and both looked like to be in operating condition. the # i found on the belt pulley was C-39371. What was wierd is what looked to be an original Texas truck but it had a big propane tank built into the bed w/ a hose that ran to the carb. I have never seen/heard of a propane powered PW? The 2nd one had a headache/ roll bar welded to the frame. On top of that both of them had original spare tire carriers with the original bed. So how well did. How much is the belt pulley worth, is it a rare find?
