The mirror braket mounts to the hinge by way of the door pin. You need the door pin that has threads and nut on one end. Not sure about that loop in one end of the arm. Most arms I've seen have flat ends to go between the mount anchored by and bolt/nut and flat for the mirror to mount. You may need to call VPW and talk with them.
