The W600 was more of a new number on the same old truck then any kind of change made to the truck.
The body was changed to the medium duty 70s body style in late 1973 or early 1974, and was the same until the end of production in the late 70s.
There was also a W400 in 77-78, basicly a heavy duty W300.
