Up until 1914, ALL ferds were built by the Dodge Brothers, then over the next few years the Dodge content was phased out as Henry's mistrust of those Hebrew boys prompted, mainly by his greed, to keep the money in-house. He bought out the Dodge Brother's shares in FMC in, at the time, the largest cash buy-out in history.
The good news is that the Brothers used the money to build the best cars and trucks in the world,...and I might add that there was a bit of spite in their attitude as they proudly inserted the Star of David into the Dodge Logo. Even early PW's had the Star on the VIN plate. That must have given nazi loving Henry fits,...to see those Dodge trucks full of American troops,ripping through nazi Germany!
