Windshield Regulator Splinology

The picture is of a repro Ford windshield regulator handle I picked up from MACs repro parts. It looked close to a PW handle, but it doesn't fit the PW shaft.

Any thoughts on how to make this fit the splines on the regulator? The shaft is bigger than the handle opening.
