It had tires before. Putting them back would be simple.
There is a museum in Polson Montana that has a '30 Model A coupe converted to tracks. They removed all the fenders and running boards. Had some special tires with rubber cletes that fit in metal track. The track simply went around the front and rear wheels. I don't think it had any additional road wheels. The front steering was eliminated. It steered with brakes.
The museum also has its share of WWII Dodges.
