I did this with my dodge. 15 years sitting in the side yard. I pumped oil and marvel into the cylinders more than several tiimes. I burned out my first battery hitting the starter and running the lights. I would rock the engine back and forth by pulling and pushing the fan. When I noticed it starting to move I would back it up with the fan and then hit the starter. Each time it moved a little farther till it was free. The only part of the truck I haven't pulled apart or off is the head. I have no idea what it looks like down there, but the old truck is the most reliable of my three vehicles.
