There is an additive you add to the water that prevents rust until it dries the first time. But don't let it get wet a 2nd time or it will rust (hydro anti-ox) Available from places that rent pressure washers and hydrosanders. It works very well.
Its pulled in to the water like soap with a pressure washer.
