Take a piece of cardboard and trace out the rear winder hole. Easiest done by holding the cardboard on the inside and tracing on the outside. Cut out the center, bring the hunk of cardboard and the winder seal to a glass place and they can cut you a new piece by stickin the seal around the cardboard to figure the size and shape of the new winder.
