This is what saved my butt a few years ago when I broke three exhaust manifold bolts. I borrowed a magnetic drill and was able to have a drill press in exactly the right spot. BTW, I was able to work on the engine in the engine bay of the FF without removing anything too major.
It is is just rusted in go to the local welding shop and pick up some 3/32 or 1/16 amtec 222 bolt extraction welding rod. You can weld a nut on the end of the bolt and most times it works great. If it is bottomed out in the hole this will not be as sucessful.
