Would be nice to know what engine you have. Could be a head gasket going bad or a small crack in the head somewhere. Could have a small leak around the exhaust manifold bolts as they go into the water jacket. Are you having any problems with a ping (gas engine)?
Are you sure you are not overfilling the radiator and its unloading into the overflow resevoir?
Let me know what engine you have and I'll do some more checking.
