For me it's like chess on wheels. If you look at it like driving it can be boring, but the racing and the strategy are pretty interesting. I've got to admit I only started watching NASCAR races when Dodge got back into the picture a few years ago. We usually go to Thompson Speedway in Connecticut to watch races because its only 10 minutes away, prices are reasonable, and you see great racing, (and a few wrecks) in a lot of different classes. My girls thought it would be boring, but they have a great time, and now they bring their friends.
