you can simply tell by the number of lugs/ wheel bolt pattern.
7 1/4 6 bolt pattern in 1966 will be a DANA 70, 8 bolt pattern is W100/200. If your truck has a DANA 70 rear, it would surely have a DANA 70 front, uncommon for a mid 60s 200. Only the early 70s 200s would be equipped as such.
