I'd start back at the Master Cylinder. Since you arent getting any fluid to any wheel cylinder.

Most new master cylinders come with a bleeder kit now adays that screws into the sides where your brake lines go and then plastic tubes into the resevoir and you just pump with your foot with it on the vehicle and it bleeds the MC. Works slick and doesnt take but 20 seconds to do.

The guys at the parts store talked me into buying a vacuum pump/kit for about 75$ as I had 2 vehicles last winter with the brakes down on. Its a hand vacuum pump for use with checking various vacuum components on a car but it also had an attachment and a little plastic container you put on and it locks in on the bleeder and you pump away until you get good clean fluid. You need to keep reloading new fluid into the MC but you can clean out all the old fluid and put fresh fluid into the lines. You stop when you got clean fluid coming out of the bleeder and all the bubbles are gone. It worked slick and is a one man operation.
