my 1963 mopar parts catalog shows
the 251 engine with alternator but with
no closed crankcase vent system
same early rear open draft tube and
open oil filler tube cap
the vpw 251's look like military and later
models with sealed system & pc valve
what was correct on civi 61 units
??
