On my '73 W200, I put a Ramcharger 36 gallon tank in the rear where the spare tire would go. Check the junkyards, as dealer price 4 years ago for the tank only was over $300! I got mine for $35, then another $25 for all the frame crossmembers at another yard. Try to get everything off the same truck, as I have been told that not all Ramchargers used the big tank. I also built a custom skidplate for mine from 1/8" steel plate, doubled on the bottom. It's strong enough to pick up the rear of the truck with a floorjack, and only cost me $85 and 2 days time, the dealer wanted over $300 for just factory (maybe 1/16" thick) skidplate. This whole assembly also cleared my Reese hitch. As for switching, can't help you, might try a Chevy dual tank switch and valve system. They seem to be cheaper and more plentful than any Dodge parts.
