Guess you missed the Late Great Flat Fendered Power Wagon Adventure in which a power wagon with a flathead (engine?) did 80 mph? The story would have bored you though, as there were no Indian attacks or mountain lions in it. Still quite a feat for an engine that won't outrev 3400 rpm if you stand on the hood and pour gasoline into it from a pail, eh?
