I have seen power steering added to Power Wagons by using a Saginaw (reverse?) box from a vehicle that has the stock steering behind the axle. The box needs to be rotated 90 degrees so the bolt holes for mounting are pointed down and the shaft is pointing sideways instead of down. A plate is welded to the inside of the frame at an angle that matches the steering column. The mounting plate can be reinforced by making a roughly triangular bracket out of it by running a section along the bottom of the frame and then back up to the top of the bracket. Maybe that is hard to visualize but if you see it it works perfectly and is super strong. A very small notch may need to be removed from the top lip of the frame rail to allow the shaft to reach all the way through and I don't know how the steering arm attaches, it may be a totally different spline.
