OT - Plastic Radiator Repair

I know some folks say that can't be repaired and some say they can. I was hoping that someone on the forum had experience with having had one repaired.

I got's me one of them high priced (to repair) foreign cars that the dealer wants nearly $500.00 for a replacement radiator.
Also, a used radiator is over $200.00. But the radiator shop can attempt to repair it for around $75.00 - no guarantees might work 5 years, might work 5 days.
