come to think of it.. i have nothing against the cummins or the v-10.. but there is alot to say about the bodies and frames on them there late model dodges... i'm from coal mine country.. they have never ever ran any of those dedges in the coal fields. even the county road departments and highway departments use fords and it's not about the money because they are the same dollar for dollar.. you say ford is the mcdonalds of the car industry..what do you make out of the neon.that's just plain embaresing what does that compare to in the ford line up..like i said before i'm 150% 1940-1968 flat fender..but that's not good enuff for you die hard dudes and when it comes to the later model out of style stuff dodge are ugly.. they didn't get there act together until 94 and until they built the durango which my father had traded on three..he was great friends with a owner dealer for fifty years and it was funny how he finally said they got there act together and designed a good looking truck in 94 and how they were flat and ulgy years before. next thing you knew dealers was popping up everywhere.they,, just like chevy and ford do and will always will have good products.if you buy dodge all your life they will not give you a prize or any doughnuts for doing so. you will never experience the comforts of chevy or the ruggenss of ford.i'll trade my 03 ford on a cummins next just to see if it will be job rated. well it might be a duramax. wish i could have all three, don't think i wouldn't find the weak spots.. i broke down a hummer in six months.
