I just did a search at www.napaonline.com.
Looked for Tie Rod Ends, Dodge, 1948, Power Wagon. It did not turn up any but gave option for more indepth search. At the low connection speeds we have here in the Mts, I gave up. You might find the numbers in the deeper search....Good Luck
