Wheels will not fit a Power Wagon. 30's Ford 20" wheels will I've heard. 1939 was the first year of the body style that lasted untill '47, but is also different from a Power Wagon. The grill is unique to '39 so in that sense it could be considered rare, but rare does not mean valueable. I had a '40 VFA-32. It ran and drove excellent and had a 2 speed rear end. Nobody around here wants them because they are all over the place, nobody back east wants to pay to have them shipped. I wound up giving the truck to my neighbor because he comes over and helps me out all the time, and he was always borrowing it to haul his hay with anyways.
The dump would be quite usefull around your place if your thinking of keeping it. If your going to part it out, I'd like to buy the hood ornament off it.
