Hi,

If you have 'em side-by-side, the 273/318/340 oil pan flange has a smaller radius at the rear crank end than the 360.

The 360 uses bigger main bearings and so the oil pan seal which rides on the rear bearing is bigger. Front seal is on the timing cover, might be the same between both versions. The 360 has over 1/4" more stroke than the others and would be measureable with a head off (3.31 vs 3.58).
