What area of Houston are you in? I'm west of Tomball in Rosehill. I'd love to see your WM300 sometime. Maybe take a couple of measurements around that radiator.
I thought of the electric fan approach, but really don't like them in work trucks.They just don't move as much air as a good truck fan. Usually don't have an agressive enough pitch on the blades for low speed work trucks.
I'm thinking custom radiator at the moment...
