What exactly is the definition of a "serious enthusiast"?
What capacity must one be involved with PWs to be demmed a "serious enthusiast"?
Does amount spent define one?
Do you need to restore a PW to mint condition or buy the lastest and greatest repo or NOS parts or wear PW gear?
Do you have to attend x-amount of PW events yearly?
Can just owning and enjoying a PW and being enthusiastic about them be considered a
"serious enthusiast" or would that be something akin to merely being a second-class
observer?
