SMP lists probably a dozen different distributors from Autolite to Chrysler and they use one of the three caps and one of the two rotors. I don't know what else could be missing. The only way to determine if anything is missing is to use the OEM Autolite or Chrysler number. Maybe at this point if one of the three caps or rotors don't work, then we can try by the OEM number on distributor - different than the part book number.
