I'm currently documenting with pics as I progress on straightening the 2nd series bedsides I got from Jonas. I haven't worked on them much lately basicaly got the bed apart, used a cutting wheel to smooth the welds out and took off all the stake pockets. I also have taken the rounded ends on the tops and flattened almost them so they can be fixed and recurved with a 2" pipe as a template. I have alot of holes etc to fix along with one patch hole and some sheetmetal tears.
After all this I will wish I bought another set of Precision Coachworks bedsides and not worry that I have 1st series bedsides on my 52FFPW
