Are you 'hard piped' or running hose? If the filter/dryer isn't working that well, and you are hard piped, you can always install a "T" and a vertical leg of pipe about 24" long with a drain cock on it, the extra moisture will collect there and can be periodically drained off. I can't diagram here but the pipe should look more like a Y than a T so that the water can drop with the air and not just blow right past the down leg.
