FYI, New Venture, formerly New Process, was and still is a Chrysler owned company. The name was changed to New Venture when gm bought a percentage to avoid the embarassment of using Chrysler Corp running gear. New Venture included New Process Gear and Muncie Transmissions (those dreaded SM things). gm sold their stake in New Venture back to Chrysler last year.
