Haggerty turned me down when I let it slip that I sometimes use the truck for camping. They also rejected the vehicle because I have a toolbox in the bed. I couldn't talk sense to them so I ended up switching everything I drive to Farmers Insurance and have basic liability insurance for my PWs under the "antique vehicle" catagory. It saved me a bunch of money and I'm real happy so far.
Now I can drive into town to gas it up and don't have to worry about illegalities. I used to tell the cops that my front bumper was my insurance, but that excuse doesn't work now days.
