My M35 drips oil steadily out of the flywheel housing -- about 1 gallon per 400 miles. It drips onto the front driveline and gets flung all over the underside of the truck. Sure keeps everything from rusting! Your leak sounds normal. If it's dirty looking oil, it's the rear main seal of the engine. If it's clean looking oil it's the front seal of the tranny (not very likely).
