Browning Transmission?

I have recently purchase a truck with a Browning transmission. Does anybody need one. As I understand it this gives you an additional 3 gears for each gear that you have in your tranny. i.e. if you have a 4 speed gearbox you will have the option of three 1st gears, three 2nd gears etc. Might be a great option for the "truck pull" crowd. If anybody has experience with these units and can provide more detail I would appreciate you responding to my post.
