If I remember correctly anthing under Rockwell Hardness of 75 will self relive itself of Hydrogen Embrittlement.
Instead of looking for Parkerizing,(might be a trade name or process they have to pay for to use) try Phosphate Coating in manganese, zinc or iron. Might find someone by you if presented this way and do a side by side comparison of method.
