To put the 44 in your truck you will need a few parts,you will need the mounts as the small block mounts are different, also you will need a truck pan which has a rear sump,and the oil pickup tube, some 440's in the 70's are extrnally balanced, so make sure you find out which engine you have before looking for the flywheel, stock valve covers will work fine, your 4 speed will work also,with the correct bellhouings, we are putting one togeather right now so ill send you pics of the mounts also, you will also need the truck exhaust manifolds, for the exhaust to exit properly or headers if you like them, the manifolds are harder to find ,but they are out there, we are in KY and found our parts in Ca.
