Safety chain hooks make sense based on location of holes. There are two holes per side drilled with nut welded inside of rear crossmember. I've never seen any, and they aren't listed in Dodge truck history book. However, a guy from Canada at the ATCA show last week said some sort of hook/loop was available.
Seems to me rear bumberetees would need two more holes outboard of the first two, but I confess to having never studied them.
