In Arkansas they call the flying objects road hazards and you use your comprehensive deductable. I had a state road sand/salter open up his gates on my 99 Dodge Van. I was right behind and to the left, passing him on the intersate. There were pieces of rocksalt and gravel big as chicken eggs hitting the windshield and hood and bumper. Also the state has a rule and they pay for absolutly nothing that they do to your vehicle on the roads of Arkansas. The sent me a check for $100 for my deductable and that was it...
